Can kids go mountain boarding? Is it safe?

There are so many different ways to get kids active and loving the great outdoors, to drag them away from the TV or computer screen. A great way to do this is to let them get involved in a sport that you enjoy and love too. Sometimes this isn't practical, with some of the more hair raising sports like mountain boarding, or is it?

Mountain boarding is a great hobby for children. Kid as young as 4 can enjoy it safely in wide open grassy areas with supervision. Once they've felt the thrill of being caught speeding and wizzing down the hill, just try and stop them wanting to get out the house!
